At Wisdom's Heart, Tai Chi is taught with a foundation based in Chinese traditions as well as in the Yogic tradition of combining outer movements with inner wisdom to set your practice on fire.
This very special Tai Chi form is called "Embrace the Heart" and can be done by anyone of any physical ability. The form is designed to open your heart and expand your capacity for joy and compassion.
This gentle and meditative class is open to all levels and is a great way to develop or expand an existing physical and subtle body practice.
