This gentle group focuses on meditators' needs. We meditate in a group, sometimes using guided meditations and sometimes as silent, group meditation.
In relaxed conversation, often over tea, we talk about what each person might try to enhance their meditation practice, the benefits of meditation, attaining a sense of peace or increased attention, and some of the spiritual goals of meditation.
Karen and Judith work to personalize the experience for everyone who attends. Beginning meditators are welcome.
