Heart Advices for the End of Life with Special Guest Teacher Irma Gomés

From the time we are born, there is only one certainty: That we must die.  This natural part of the cycle of life remains its biggest mystery.

Join us for a very special guest teacher, Irma Gomés, as she guides us through some important Buddhist ideas to bring us to a meaningful understanding of how to be a real source of comfort to those we love who are beginning the process of dying, and ultimately, of course, ourselves.

Irma’s sweet and graceful style of teaching is informed by close to 25 years of Buddhist Study.  She was deeply moved by her teacher, Lama Ole Nydhal’s, course on death and dying, which she took in the early 1990’s in Mexico City.  An experienced student of both the sutra and tantric Buddhist teachings, Irma has followed both Lama Ole and Lama Marut throughout the years and across the world. keeping them very close to her heart.
