We all go through times in life when things bother us. We may face big emotions, like feeling overwhelmed or out of control or we are hugely regretful about something we've done. We also experience smaller emotional reactions: low-level irritations or niggling dissatisfactions. Big or small, sometimes it's difficult to let go of what's bothering us. In a gentle, one-day retreat setting, we will explore strategies to gain mental peace.
Retreat will include sitting and walking meditations, as well as two talks and Q/As. All levels of meditation and retreat experience are welcome. You do not have to have been in retreat or meditated before.
Lunch will be provided.
Registration is limited and therefore is required. Suggested donation is $20. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
