"The Four Dimensions of Mental Balance that Nurture Genuine Happiness”
Join us for a three-day residential retreat led by author and master meditator Douglas Veenhof, December 11-14, at the beautiful Essex Conference Center and Retreat, in Essex Massachusetts.
During retreat, Doug will take us deeper with his innovative and highly accessible meditation program. He'll integrate scientific insight with time-tested Buddhist practice. The marrying of modern research and ancient wisdom will help you deepen your meditation practice and gain mental balance and stability in meditation.
Douglas’s easy manner, warmth and insight make his retreats an experience you don’t want to miss.
The retreat will begin with a review of what Doug presented during previous visits, so if you have not attended one of Doug's teachings before - no problem! You'll be able to “start fresh.”
Cost The cost of the retreat is $375.
Food The food will be vegetarian. Let us know if you have any food allergies. Specify if it is life threatening or an intolerance
Room Rooms are shared with 1 or 2 others. Let us know if you have a roommate request. Please note silence is required much of the time. (See registration page.)
