This evening will be an open, interactive and honest exploration of how anger arises. Lindsay will use will use games and discussion to examine Buddha’s teaching that all afflictive emotions can be eliminated.
The model of “us versus them” has held the world in a state of chaos and pain for thousands of years, and has never brought about peace or lasting happiness.
If we can become more discerning about the role we play in creating our own reality we will find that all situations are workable. A small shift in perspective will allow us the freedom to choose our responses to others, open our hearts, and stay calm in the midst of conflict.
