Dharma Flow - A weekly class on Mondays, 9-10:15am (Jill Demeri substituting this week.)
This deeply transformational "Dharma Flow" is an all-level yoga sequence that offers a method of exploring both the physical aspects of an active yoga flow practice, along with attention to subtle shifts on an energetic level through breath work, sound and visualization. In this class, Jenna skillfully incorporates postures in a way that invites students to pay attention to what is really going on with the truth of their experience in the moment. All classes will practice Sun Salutes, modified to suit any level of practice. Jenna also includes invigorating standing poses, heart-opening back-bends, calming twists and centering inversions which are taught to a variety of skill levels. Each class includes balancing poses to train and focus mind and body. An extended quiet "Savasana" allows yogis to deeply integrate the benefits of each class.
