Lady Niguma Yoga Series - A weekly class on Mondays, 9-10:15am.
Lady Niguma, the well loved Indian yogi and teacher, developed this elegant and powerful sequence over 1,000 years ago with one clear goal in mind; to create balanced and enhanced energy in the body and mind by accessing our own life breath or "prana." When this life breath is flowing freely, we are naturally healthy, happy and free.
As with all of Jenna's classes, this unique and sacred yoga practice is presented as an energetic, all-level, physically and mentally grounding yoga experience.
During the 75-minute class, she will lead us through guided meditation, simple sun-salutes, twists, forward folds, classic warrior and balancing poses, backbends and inversions. Jenna allows time to conclude with an extended relaxation period.
