Gentle Yoga with Jenna McTiernan
Yoga is for everyone! This is a a gentle class. It is designed for those who think that yoga is not for them due to stiffness, inflexibility, or other conditions. The class is 75 minutes in duration and includes simple postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation. You will not only learn the basics of yoga but you will also feel better! Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one--the center has a few mats available but may not have enough for everyone. Remember to turn off your cell phones, take off your shoes and open your heart.
