Gentle Yoga Flow with Jenna McTiernan

You are invited to a weekly yoga session for relaxation and renewal. We open with a restorative pose in guided meditation.  Gentle movement follows: including a Sun Series, restorative twists, happy heart openers and simple inversions.  All Levels welcome. Give yourself permission to BREATHE deeply and awaken to a calmer, more vibrant you!
