The Tibetan Buddhist tradition contains many pointing out instructions to recognize the mind’s true nature or its natural state. Please join Dan as he presents and unpacks some of the Dzogchen instructions and metaphors for recognizing and abiding in the mind’s true nature. These techniques help us to experience the mind’s non-dual empty/lucid nature of brightness, intensity, awakeness, and sacredness, and on that foundation to set up the view free of all doing and all conceptualization in a way that leads to the direct recognition of our inherently awake nature.
$15 contribution appreciated. All welcome.
