Yin Yoga Class
Yin yoga moves subtle energy not readily accessible through other forms of yoga.
Although this is a deeper yoga practice, participants will enjoy simple, comfortable poses. Many passive poses will be held for lengthy periods of time. Poses held for a long period of time create a gentle traction of thetissue and encouragesstagnant energy to flow throughoutthe body, softening your joints, and releasing deep layers of connective tissue.
Yin yoga is easy relaxing and it feels so good! Your joints will love it!
